  • Contribute to company strategy through project planning, milestone tracking, and resource scoping
  • Present internally and externally, including pitch decks, grant applications, and scientific meetings
  • Stay sharp on emerging EV, gene therapy, and CAR-T technologies to shape R&D direction
  • Pitch in on lab ops, team culture, and whatever else it takes to get the job done

  • Ph.D. + 5 years’ postdoc or industry experience in gene therapy/genetic medicines, CAR-T, or related areas
  • Deep expertise in in vivo gene delivery platforms (viral vectors, LNPs, EVs)
  • Strong bench skills in molecular/cell biology, including flow cytometry, qPCR, Western, microscopy, NGS
  • Experience developing ex vivo and in vivo CAR-T or other T-cell based therapies
  • Solid working knowledge of genome editing tools (CRISPR, Cre-lox, etc.)
  • Experience managing external partners (CROs, academic labs)
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high ownership environments
  • Excellent communicator, highly organized, strong attention to detail
  • Bonus: experience with startup ops, grant writing, or early product development
